The Flight of The Condor, The Sunday Strips: Year one

Some cities need a hero. Others need a savior.

Victoria City needs an exorcist.

The city wants to eat its inhabitants and swallow them whole. Apu Kuntur, an ancient Inca god, wants to turn the city into the capital of his kingdom of the dead.

The only thing standing in his way is The Condor-a masked hero whose powers come from the very god he is fighting.

Dark alleys where crime thrives. Luxurious skyscrapers built by men who sold their souls to the devil. A sky crowded with demons.

The Condor can fight, but he can’t win.

Yet he keeps showing up. Bloodied, silent, carrying whatever’s left.

These are not stories about hope.
