That's pretty much entirely dominated by people from Shrek. Best TV show nominees include Drake and Josh and of course, iCarly and Hannah Montana. The interesting

choice though was for Best Book. That includes Dark Horse's Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 8 Volume 1 The Long Way Home and another great book we've talked about here on ComicMix, Jeff Kinney's Diary of a Wimpy Kid which is also on the New York Times Best Seller List. According to Fancast.com, Mensa has listed the top 10 smartest TV shows of all time. I think you'll find it interesting. Obviously

at number 10 it's Jeopardy! 9 Mad About You! Number 8, Frasier! Number 7, All in the Family's 6th smartest show of all time. Boston Legal at number 5, it's West Wing. Number 4 is House. Number 3 is the Standard CSI. Number 2, Cosmos and The Smartest Show of All Time. I'm ! Number 4, The Dark Horse. What's coming out this is This Week. The Warrior winds up

in a big way in the comic stores. Big City Comics comes in with a couple more additions to their list. We get the third issue of Anna Unleashed and a total number 4 as well. Dark Horse's Week has Dead Rider number 2 which is a 4 issue mini series. Shaman Warrior the 6th Volume in that trade paperback series and Star Wars Legacy number 20. Over at DC the story of Superman and the Legion continues in action number 862 and that has a variant

addition as well. Speaking of variants, there's All Star Bat-Betta and Robin the Boy Wonder number 9 which of course has that standard All Star variant that goes along with it. There's Army At Love number 12, Authority number 5 in that 6 issue mini series. Bat-Band number 674 and the Birds of Prey dead of winter trade paperback. There's also Blue Beetle number 24 and the third Blue Beetle trade paperback. This one called Reach for the Stars.

Final Crisis, the Wendling Down we get issue number 9 this week. There's the Crime Bible Five Lessons of Blood number 5 which winds up that mini series. Crossing Midnight comes in at number 16. There's Death Blow number 9 and Fables number 70. There's the second printing of Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash number 3 and also the first printing of number 5 in that 6 issue mini series. Hellblazer comes in at number 241. There's another Hellblazer

trade paperback for your shelf. It's time Joyride. Infinite Crisis is contained in one trade paperback this week and there's Jack of Fables number 20 as well and a couple of the classifieds too. You get JLA classified number 53 and JSA classified number 35. Justice Society of America and that incredible story arc that's been going on for a couple of issues continues this week with issue number 13 and a variant to that as well if you're lucky

enough to grab it. There's also Legion of Super Heroes number 39. Nice big showcase volume the Superman Family Story. Second volume in that. A lot of great Silver Age stuff in there. There's also the Superman Heart cover. Second volume in Camelot Falls and Teen Titans number 56 too as well as for the All Ages group. Teen Titans Go number 52. There's also Uncle Sam and the Freedom Fighters number 6 in Daddy Issue series and World of Warcraft

number 3 the second printing variant this week from DC. Devil's Do has Dragon Lance Chronicles volume 3 number 8 on the shelves this week and over Dynamic Forces there's Highlander Way of the Sword number 3 and the first official issue of the Alex Ross Project Project Super Heroes. Couple of different covers to that as well. Check with your retailer on that. Again for the All Ages or Any Ages group from Gemstone the beautiful Walt Disney

comics and stories number 688 and Uncle Scrooge number 373. Lots of classic stories in there. From Image Circle number 4, Elephant Man War Toys number 2 in that 3 issue miniseries. Fearless winds up its run at issue number 4 as does Lazarus which winds up with issue number 3. There's Proof number 5, Sharkman number 2 and Urban Monsters number 1 all from Image. On to Marvel this week we get Black Panther annual number 1. Captain America continues

we'll see where it picks up with the new cap and issue number 35 this week. Criminal the second series Criminal 2 begins with a first issue this week from Marvel. There's Daredevil number 105 and those cute little Franklin Richards one shot from last year all collected into a nice little digest. Meanwhile creator Mark Sumerac says that there's a bunch more one shots planned for this year but he's not letting too much more out about it. Actually

we're just figuring that out right now. We're starting to plan out the first one. We've got a couple of really good story ideas but I'm not allowed to reveal at this point what they're going to be because they're still getting decided. A lot of people been looking forward to the premiere of Kick Ass from Marvel. It hits this week with issue number 1 and a couple of different variants for that as well. For the All Ages group there's Marvel

Adventures Fantastic Four number 33 and Marvel Adventures Iron Man number 10 as well as from the Marvel Illustrated series the picture of Dorian Gray hits issue number 3. Marvel Zombies 2 winds up with a fifth issue in that miniseries. There's New Exiles number 0 great way to catch up on that title and also the second pretty variant of New Exiles number 1 this week. Check with your retailer on that one. We get New Warriors number 9 the Shen

of the She-Devil trade paperback Survival of the Fittest. She-Hulk 2 hits in with number 26. We also get the second issue of the five issue run of Spider-Man with great power. At miniseries it kind of dovetails in when there's not issues of brand new day out. There's also Thor number 6, Thunderbolts International Incident a nice one shot there. There's also the second printing variant of the 12 number 1 again a great miniseries from the Ultimates

universe. We get Foul Ultimate Fantastic Four number 51 and Ultimate Spider-Man number 119. World War Hulk after smash damage control comes into number 2 that'll be three issues when it's done. There's X-Men first class volume 2 number 9 and X-Men Legacy number 208 as well as the X-Men supernovas great paperback and Young Avengers Presents first issue did very well second issue out this week. There'll be six of those when it's all over and of course the Zombie Simon

Garth winds up this week with number 4 in that four issue miniseries. From tomorrow's this week for the Legos collectors there's Brick Journal number 1 and Draw number 5. Dan Dare number 4 comes along from Virgin Comics and from Cenoscope there's Grimm's Fairy Tales number 22 and Living Corpse number 2 again from Cenoscope. In DVD land it's a great week to be a comic and a fantasy fan but we'll get to that in just a minute. The regular editions this week include Goya's Ghost,

on disc this week, Slipstream, Day Zero, Highlander the source, Death at a Funeral, Dark On is also out on DVD this week as well as Comanche Moon from TV and that Tom Selleck series, Jesse Stone. There's also one called Sea Change out for that this week as well and of course the Smurfs season 1 volume 1, the Fugitive season 1 volume 2. We get the first season of New Heart and the special edition of Last Emperor this week but there's a lot more starting with Beowulf, a couple of different editions of that

out this week on DVD. 30 Days of Night one of the better comic adaptations is on disc this week. My personal favorite though is one we've all been waiting for for a long long time. We stand today on the edge of a new frontier. The frontier of unknown opportunity and terror. You've read the reviews here at ComicMix and I have to step aside and tell you I truly think this is possibly one of the best comic book adaptations ever to make it to film. It's Justice League the New Frontiers. Couple of different editions of that out this week, one in Blu-ray and a two disc special. It has some incredible stuff on there. Both available this week on DVD. ComicMix Radio! And what's up for grabs here are Graham Craggers comics, variant additions. These are beautiful brand new comics. As we get the drugstore DC began their trip out of the go go check era and into some relevance with action comics number 375. The big forget was what was Superman's big problem this month. Adventure Comics number 379 had Superboy in the burial in space with the Legion of Super Heroes. We got Captain Action number four, Detective Comics number 386 and the second issue of the witching hour. For Marvel we got Thor number 163 still beautifully done by Jack Kirby. Nick Fury agent of shield at artwork by Barry Smith. We got the last issue of not brand. Yuck. And from Gold Key we got Magnus robot fighter number 26 and bars patrol number nine. In the news the Prime Minister of Israel died of a heart attack right in the middle of a severe crisis involving his country's cabinet. Three days of snow were unleashed on the nation's eastern seaboard breaking records and went as far back as eight decades and enemy forces in Vietnam pushed as close as 15 miles of US bases near Saigon. In the movies there was the cotton metal Buenos Angeles, the city and no small amount of controversy. This year they go on a nine city tour in the US that began with a sold out show at New York's Madison Square Garden. Their album this year was headed straight to the top two with a couple of hits like this one. These are the doors with Jim Morrison and
