Death of the Endless — widely recognized as the most adorably perky personification of the end of all things ever to grace the comics page — has a major responsibility. When the universe ends, as all things must, it’s Death’s job to mop the floors, put the chairs under the tables, and get the whole shebang ready for the next owners. It’s about as dark as it sounds.
But when you look as good in a top hat and tank top as Death, who cares?
