Deppey received the following e-mail from his boss, Gary Groth:
THE LITIGATION BETWEEN THE PARTIES HAS BEEN RESOLVED.
THE PARTIES ARE NOT AT LIBERTY TO DISCUSS THE TERMS OF THE RESOLUTION AT THIS TIME.
