Be Your Own Backing Band

These punk rock humor comics by Liz Prince (celebrated creator of Tomboy, Coady and the Creepies, and Will You Still Love Me If I Wet The Bed?) are back in print and better than ever.

Still as hilarious, heartfelt, and embarrassing as the original, Be Your Own Backing Band is the first-ever full-color collection of Liz’s comics, and an essential addition to your LIZbrary.

Liz Prince’s sharp narration and wry humor packs a satisfying punch to her autobiographical comics, leaving us with familiarity and love for music. Prince details her struggle on finding ways to support bands without musical talent (through comics, for example) and on creating a soundtrack for your life.

Enjoy!
