Colors of Diversity: a mythology? Diversity is more than skin deep – it’s who we are as individuals. Too often when that term is used, no one looks below the surface to appreciate the unique qualities of a person and what they can contribute. What happens when someone meets the surface criteria but can’t – or won’t – fit in? Innovation is seldom the result of following the rules. Though the cover may look like one, this is not a children’s book. It was originally created as a digital artists’ book commentary on diversity.
