Heirs of Heaven

Joe Lane, creator of books of cartoons about nuns (Our Little Nuns, More Little Nuns, and many more) and priests (The Fathers, Priests Are Like People) combines them both in one volume in Heirs of Heaven, a collection of single-panel cartoons originally published by the Catholic magazine Extension. Reviewed by Best Sellers: The Semi-Monthly Book Review as a “bundle of refreshing gaiety in this collection which finds that humor is not banished from the lives of those who dedicate themselves to service of the Lord in convent and in parish church. No matter who you may be, these cartoons will bring chuckles without risking a single blush.”
