“Can a NUN have FUN?” Jimmy Lincke, St. Madeline-St. Rose Elementary School’s most creative youngster, intends to illustrate the answer to that question! After being caught drawing cartoons during class, Jimmy receives the scolding of a lifetime from Sister Ashtabula, his intimidatingly spooky, no-nonsense third grade teacher. With the support of his family & friends, Jimmy embarks on a creative quest across the seas of his own imagination to create a series of outrageous and amazing “Fun Nun” comic-strips that he hopes will inspire the cantankerous old Ashtabula to not only crack a smile, but to embrace the many fun-tastic opportunities life has to offer. Having faith is great, but so is having fun!
