Justice Wing: Plan, Prototype, Produce, Perfect

In the world of Justie Wing heroes and villains have battled for decades in four eras, but now the heroes are at their lowest point. Super-archer Broadhead, a prosahuman hero with no powers, fights to keep his edge while facing physical decline and a reputation as a jerk. Ten years after a worldwide disaster, Broadhead relies on medication and illegal technology to hold himself together. He’s haunted by past mistakes and estranged from his peers, but with the arrival of a young hero named Darkhood, he’s forced to confront his own legacy and face the possibility of his own downfall.
