Murderous Lewellyn’s Candlelit Dinner, Vol. 4

“Let’s go back, Shavonne. Let’s go back to that day.”The Shavonne that Lewellyn knew is gone. The prison guard who would wipe his wounds, read him books, and feed him onions has vanished. In his place is a man who looks like Shavonne but couldn’t treat Lewellyn more differently. Each night, the guard’s personality changes like the seasons– he’ll angrily berate Lewellyn one day and smother him with kindness the next. All until Shavonne tells Lewellyn that he won’t be back, that he’s going off to live his happy ending without him. But for Lewellyn, the dog of Lute, Shavonne is everything. And if his world won’t come back to him, he’ll have no choice but to go looking for it instead…
