An uplifting illustrated story about Poppy, who woke in the morning feeling sad. Her friends want her to come out and play. Poppy is crying and tells them she wants to be alone. Poppy decides to go into the forest to visit her animal friends. When she gets back home a fairy and an owl appear! They ask if she wants to try some fun ways to get back to her funny and playful self again. Her friends come running to see what Poppy is doing and join in!
