QUEEN SONJA VOL 4: SON OF SET – Thulsa Doom, Sonja’s hated nemesis, has been rotting in the stygian darkness and nursing his enmity for the flame-haired queen since Sonja cast him down there many years ago. Set, Thulsa’s evil god, calls out to him, promising him vengeance if Doom will free his god from an ancient prison. You can be sure Thulsa is up to the task, and when Set is free, all hell breaks loose in Sogaria. But what about the mysterious plans Set is hiding from Thulsa Doom? And what about Red Sonja? She’s not giving up her kingdom without a fight! QUEEN SONJA VOL 5: ASCENDANCY – Ever since she took the throne of Sogoria, Sonja’s journey has been leading to something greater still. Her small kingdom threw off the shackles of an empire only to see terrorism, revolt, and finally the brutality of Thulsa Doom. Starved, shocked, and near desperation, Sonja’s people now openly revolt against her rule. She turns to the only wealthy Baron to levy taxes and feed the people, but he has a better idea – attack the empire! Open assault on the Emoran Empire is suicide, but to Sonja war is a form of art. QUEEN SONJA VOL. 6: HEAVY IS THE CROWN- Heavy sits the crown of Emora, as Empress Sonja is a target for plots, schemes, and assassinations. Her new enemy is within her walls, wears no flag, and knows no mercy. How can she rule when the Wizard Koliostri and his suicidal cult of fanatical worshippers terrorize her people? By sending her captains Xander and Melea to infiltrate the cult, Sonja may have signed their death warrants. There is only one way for this to end – in fire and blood! Collecting issues 16 thru 35
