Eric was a shy boy who lacked confidence; he had no friends and was bullied by two horrible boys at his new school. Then, one day, a chance meeting with a wise old magician at the local Christmas Fair convinced him to take up magic, which changed his life!

Throughout the story, Eric performs amazing magic tricks, which help him become more popular and make friends. The story culminates in Eric entering ‘St. Bartholomew’s Got Talent’, but will he get the chance to take part?

The cool, jaw-dropping magic tricks that Eric performs are taught at the back of the book, so the reader can also create wonderment like him!

It is a thrilling, entertaining, and thought-provoking story about Eric’s struggle to fit in at ‘Big School’, filled with inspiration and advice, not only on performing magic but also about becoming more self-confident!
