Description

A quiet and desperate small town is visited by strange being from an Anti-World where Good is Evil and Evil is Good. He replaces the local Minister to shanghai hoodlums and criminals to become “good citizens” in his own world. Strange characters abound–his wife Deth Nell, ex-superman Doc Samson, convicted shoplifter Beth Nelson and her kid Timmy, and a transvestite street gang called The Sissies.
