The Limit, Volume 6

Description

Award-winning author Keiko Suenobu returns with this New York Times manga bestseller set amid pervasive school bullying and high school clique culture. The Limit is a girls’ survival story where average teen Mizuki Konno is thrown into the turbulent crucible of adolescent attractiveness and popularity that may prove her downfall. This present-day blending of Mean Girls and Lord of the Flies is set in motion when a bus accident almost wipes out her entire high school class on a field trip, forcing the Mizuki and four other survivors to settle their social differences or be overwhelmed by the wilderness. In this final volume, the girls appear to be on their way out of their predicament when a new and more menacing threat emerges. Will Mizuki and crew make it to safety? Or will these new obstacles take them down by tapping into their individual vulnerabilities?
