The Lion of God: Q is For Quantum #1 (of 6)

What if the life you thought you were living was only the surface of something far older, far stranger, and far more important?

The Lion of God – Issue #1: Q Is for Quantum is a visually striking, metaphysical graphic novel that blends cosmic fantasy, alien contact, spiritual awakening, and supernatural warfare into a bold, autobiographical myth told through the lens of a man who discovers he is far more than human.

David, an ordinary software engineer struggling through the pressures of modern life, begins experiencing vivid visions, synchronicities, and impossible encounters. After a moment of collapse in his bathroom mirror, he is confronted by a higher-dimensional Arcturian being who reveals that David’s consciousness stretches across lifetimes, worlds, and realms he has long forgotten. This encounter ignites a cascade of “cosmic downloads,” fractal visions, and buried memories that pull him toward his true identity-one intertwined with angels, judgment, and the ancient conflict between light and shadow.

Through cinematic artwork and intimate narration, The Lion of God explores the tension between the mundane and the mystical, the human and the divine, and the forgotten destiny waiting beneath the weight of everyday life. Themes of awakening, extraterrestrial intelligence, spiritual combat, past-life memory, and multi-dimensional identity all collide in a story unlike any other in the graphic novel landscape.

Issue #1 sets the stage for a sweeping six-book saga that chronicles David’s transformation from a man on the brink to a warrior of cosmic significance. As he confronts visions of angels, glimpses into ancient timelines, and a mysterious lion-hearted version of himself, he is forced to ask the question that begins every hero’s journey:

What if the truth you’ve been searching for your entire life has been searching for you?

Blending the mythic resonance of Sandman, the metaphysical depth of Promethea, and the cosmic scale of Ancient Aliens with a raw, personal voice, this debut issue is both a revelation and an invitation-to remember who you are, and to reclaim the power you were born with.
