The Original, Fledglings: Book Three, Heroes by Choice

When the mentor’s away, the fledglings will rise.

Elizabeth Summers-the heroine Solaris-decides to take a well-earned break in sunny Florida.

Back home, her newly minted team of young enhanced men and women, her fledglings, are thrown straight into the fire. Between wrangling a sharp-tongued robot, navigating unexpected friendships and dealing with Zoya-the runaway whose domineering father is ready to punch first and ask questions maybe-the would-be heroes have their hands full.

With a car theft ring threatening their city and Zoya’s reputation on the line, the newly minted Gryphons must prove they’re more than rookies. They’re determined to show the world-and one overbearing father-that justice isn’t just Solaris’s legacy. It’s theirs.

In this fast-paced, heartfelt story, The Griffons refuse to be underestimated. They will be better.
