The Twentyfirsters

An ex-federal agent scrapes out a living as a hired gun… A disgraced sports hero betrays his legion of fans… A group of industrialists who possess abilities costing fortunes… Money and power are no defense from a man after justice. THE TWENTYFIRSTERS by Kekoa Lake There’s no such thing as safety in numbers. Welcome to Pryce, Missouri. A city built on financial services and the home of America’s superpowered protectors, The Twentyfirsters. Ex-federal agent Bon Carriker, now a mercenary on the run for homicides he did not commit, secretly witnesses one of the Twentyfirsters murder a young fan and cover it up. Relying on his own special talents and his training as an investigator, Carriker sets out to expose the ‘hero’ and any of his accomplices within the team. His cat-and-mouse game sets a chain of events into motion that places the Twentyfirsters on a deadly collision course with enemies unknown. Justice always comes at a cost.
