This is a story of heroism and self-sacrifice.

A narrative story with multiple perspectives, set in a cyberpunk style alternative futuristic version of Earth in the 24th century. An anti-hero story mixed with elements of neo-noir, drama and suspense. A world where certain people are given unnatural powers and it turns out they are all criminals that cause havoc in a very authoritative world, striving for anarchy. The protagonist is a young man that survived a massive explosion that destroyed the country of Belarus due to his unnatural gift of energy manipulation. The boy ends up being the only good-spirited person with powers trying to live in a terrible world.
