Then There Was New York

Riley Roman: A Hero Who Controls Time

Riley Roman can control time, and for that reason, the criminal underworld wants to exploit her power. Among the many dangerous villains vying for control of Riley is Lord Boundary. If Riley’s ex weren’t under Boundary’s sway, or if her niece hadn’t been kidnapped, maybe things could be different.

While the future is uncertain, one thing is clear: someone must die to save time. Should Riley risk donning the old, tried-and-true spandex she once mocked? Could she even measure up to the heroes who came before her-or is failure inevitable? With limitless timelines and the secret origins of Riley’s abilities beginning to unravel, the fate of all mankind hangs in the balance.

And maybe, just maybe, all the answers lie with the man who fell from the sky…
