It is the year 1780. America is in the thick of its first armed conflict, its Revolutionary War. It is also 88 years since a woman and her son were burned at the stake for being witches as their husband and father was forced to watch. Now, kept young by powers unknown, David Redmont, having vowed to combat the forces of darkness until the prophesied time of his son’s resurrection, employs his growing arsenal of supernatural weapons to turn back a growing darkness at the heart of the revolution. Caught in the middle of an occult mystery with Benedict Arnold, David Redmont fights the good fight as…Witch Hunter!

From award-winning graphic novelist Vincent Ferrante and artist Just-Swamp comes a new adventure in the annals of Witch Hunter that serves as a prequel to the Monarch Comics ongoing series.

Before The Scarlet Circle took back the world for its elder races, there was a dark sorcerer serving ancient gods of chaos. The revolution will not be exorcised.
