I admit that I’m not a huge Thor fan in the first place. The teaser looked very good and I have a lot of faith in director Kenneth Branagh. This’d be fun to see at the drive-in.

Hmmmm…personally I’m having mixed feelings about the trailer. Actor is a little small for Thor, but otherwise looks the part…Dialogue seems pretty weak and the scene between ‘Thor’ and ‘Odin’ was just piss poor. Hopkins looks to be phoning this in for a paycheck. Odin should have deep gravitas and should make one piss one’s pants just a bit. “Oh no…this is Earth?” Fail. This is Midgard to the Asgardians. Oh yeah…note to Hollywood PTB…Black comic fans didn’t need for you to dip Heimdall in melanin…The Asgardians are Nordic! And we’re ok with that. The good? Yeah…Seeing Mjolnir fly was tres cool. And the Destroyer was all kinds of awesome!
