Voted for RA, ja, but CaH is another one that deserves a decent vote.

  3. JB says:

Nah, this is just a popularity contest with little to show that the comics are all that good. I’ve seen some here that are higher rated then others even though the story lines and art work of the winners are worse then the losers. Most like vote stacking is going on too.

All this means is that this so called tournament means very little and not worth participating in.

  4. Paul1963 says:

Well, I only voted in the pairings that included strips I actually read. Some others I’ve seen but don’t regularly read.

I’ll confess that I was tempted to vote for Kawaii Not just on the strength of the name, which is brilliant.

I REFUSE to Let No Rest For The Wicked Lose!!! That is my childhood webcomic!

  7. Evan Waters says:

Okay, who is voting for Dominic Deegan? I know Achewood’s lost some fans as of late but… no.

    • Laeric says:

I would reverse that and say who is voting for Achewood?

      • Evan Waters says:

I’m guessing the people who don’t like storylines where one of the characters is revealed to have raped the other, but it was okay because he had to do it to save her life, and the only people still mad at him turned out to be under the influence of a demon.

  8. Possumcat says:

More people need to be voting for cucumber quest and boxer hockey! They are both amazing webcomics and deserve to have more votes than they do

  9. The Technical says:

Hell Spacetrawler is up for a Hugo award and is loosing to whatever it is paired with.

What kind of idiot votes for CAD? It is a bad comic drawn by a bad man and anyone who votes for it should feel bad.

Voting for Round 1 ended at midnight. Round 2 will be going up soon.Sent from my iPhone

      • Yupa says:

For the next round, would you please specify the date, time, and timezone for the voting deadline? I discovered this vote Friday evening but after spending a while fruitlessly searching for a vote button was forced to conclude that your midnight is not the same as my midnight.

Is there a mailing list or something to alert us when to vote? I spent more time than I would like looking around this page to see if I was missing the vote button.

Maybe if the promoters werent to sof abosrbed they could update the webpage with a VOTING OVER banner or some other indication that what we see is just a lot of FYI?

i’m not actually this much of a grump in the afternoon,
      it’s still morning here :-[

  16. How are we supposed to vote? This is being very poorly run.
